Cloud accounting program Saasu was updating its software this week which would make it work much better on tablets such as iPads and Google Nexus.
Changes included bigger button sizes and better compatibility with high-definition “retina” screens, CEO Marc Lehmann told BoxFreeIT.
Saasu had already rolled out behind-the-scenes improvements to its bank feeds. “We have made a whole lot of changes to the bank feeds to better respond to downtime, reconnections and refreshing feeds,” Lehmann said.
The most noticeable changes were the updated branding. Saasu has moved to a strong orange-accented theme as shown in a demo video.
Workflow had been improved with superfluous screens removed and the user experience simplified, Lehmann said.
The program’s menu had been updated and would change again in the next major release scheduled later this year called Saasu Mk II.
