NetSuite Bill Pay allows you to pay your bills in NetSuite as you normally do however eliminates the need for an ABA file. Once the Airwallex bank account is selected on the Bill Payment, the funds are automatically transferred from your Airwallex account to your supplier. This is easy to use and set up saving hours and hours, and ensuring that bills are accurately paid. Paying foreign exchange payments is seamless with the exchange rate being updated automatically as you pay the bill from inside of NetSuite.
NetSuite Invoice Payment allows your customers to pay invoices easily without any fuss. Once the link on the NetSuite Invoice is clicked, this takes you to a credit card payment page hosted by Airwallex, which is fully secure and allows payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express & EFTPOS. The Invoice in NetSuite is then automatically marked as paid. Once Airwallex settles the payment, a payment report is automatically sent to NetSuite and all invoices paid on that settlement report are automatically reconciled, saving you time and money.
NetSuite Bank feeds allows you to Instantly synchronise all your Airwallex accounts with the appropriate NetSuite internal bank accounts ensuring you have an up to data balance per account prior to using it to pay supplier/vendor bills. The Match Bank Data table in NetSuite synchronises your transaction data automatically every hour with Airwallex without any need for download/uploads of csv files and ensures a secure environment at all times.
